Hey friends,

You shared questions last week, and I have answers. Our first session is a week from Wednesday, and I can't wait to see you there. If you want to be there but haven't registered yet, please do!

We have five-ish spots left.

Okay, now for your questions.

When is the deadline to register?

Monday, September 16th. In hindsight, this was too close to the first session because some of you procrastinate. But I still love you. Register here!

How many people from my team can attend?

As many as you want! On the website, I said I would limit it to three per team, but I won't turn away anyone who wants to learn.

What if I can't attend all the sessions?

We'll be sad to miss you, but we completely understand. I'll send an email summary following each session, and we'll record the audio for you to listen to later.

Will this be fun?

No one actually asked this, but the answer is Yes.

What would be a good reason to come?

There are lots of reasons! Here's a specific one: If you are changing CRMs or considering leaving one software for another, this is the perfect time to take this course. We'll explore how to approach choosing software and how to evaluate your organization's needs. If you are unsure whether your situation is a good fit, fill out the contact form, and I'll followup with you to discuss it.

How much does it cost?

$350 per organization. Charging per organization encourages people to send teams.

Why are you charging for this?

Because it's valuable! When I was at Moonbase Labs, we charged $5,000 to walk clients through a very similar process. I've seen this content transform organizations. If you'd like to join but the price is a barrier, fill out the contact form, and we'll work something out.

What do I need to bring?

If you can bring a laptop or iPad, that would be great but not necessary. A pen and paper will suffice.

Will we be working on our actual software during the sessions?

Probably not. We'll discuss frameworks and concepts for managing your entire tech stack but probably won’t dive into each tool individually. You could think of this as "on the balcony" vs. "in the weeds."

Will you answer specific questions about my organization?

Yes! I will try to answer your questions during the sessions. If we run out of time, I'll follow up between sessions.

Who's going to be there?

Only some of the finest, most talented people in the Midwest. Signing up is the fastest way to find out. 😜

I look forward to diving in next week. I think you'll be shocked by the progress we make together.
